SATEach year, Wells ISD will offer at least one school day SAT administration. This is available to juniors and seniors.

ASVABThe ASVAB is a timed multi-aptitude test, which is given at over 14,000 schools and Military Entrance Processing Stations (MEPS) nationwide and is developed and maintained by the Department of Defense. To graduate high school, students must pass English I, English II, Algebra I, Biology, and US History STAAR End of Course Exams. These are required by the state of Texas. There are multiple testing opportunities throughout the school year and summer.

The TSI test is the college entrance exam required by most Texas public universities and junior colleges. This is the test that determines the student's level of college readiness.
